I just want to ask what is the requirement for an account to get trusted status? I’ve topped up 5$ in my Steam account but nothing happened :((( I’ve also sent a mail for Steam support but got no reply.

Firstly, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you’re having with the trusted level on Steam.
I understand you’ve already spent more than $5 on your Steam account, and it still hasn’t reached the trusted level status yet. The trusted level is a must since March’s patch notes:
Since you haven’t been granted with the trusted level on Steam yet, please wait for Steam’s reply through e-mail or try to contact them again since they’re the ones who can check if your account has the trusted account status, and if not, to make a review and grant it to you.
They can also tell you with the review made to your account, what requirements are needed to reach the trusted level.
