So I purchased by mistake 7 Back Alley Rums from Yorn Wandering Merchant on 05 Ian 2023 at around 17-19:00 GMT +2 time. It was obviously a mistake as I only wanted to purchase one piece and I would kindly appreciate if you could forward to AGS the said problem in order to get a refund on silver and remove the Back Alley Rum items. Hello, I already did it and I just got back a generic response saying I can’t be helped, not stating why or I don’t know, I felt it was overlooked honestly…
Unfortunately only the Support Team can assist with issues like these but only certain situations are elegible for the Courtesy Service so it seems this case is not eligible, sorry for not being able to assist further with this.
