Problems after last update

Hello, after the last update (08/02) I noticed that my game is crashing a lot. From the character selection screen to in-game.

Example: yesterday when I selected my main character, on the home screen, it took exactly 3 minutes for the login screen to load completely.

This problem appeared right after the update, I already repaired the files and reinstalled the game, but the problem persists.

Can you help me?

same here game just crash and stop suddenly from nothing.
