I recognized the problem first yesterday. I restarted the game a few times, but no difference.

Since few days, no more crystal left, Crystal aura gone… impossible to launch the crystal market place with two messages:
- The market place is under maintenance"
- Impossible to check money…

It seems that the problem comes from TORTOYK server that’s sure…

I’ve tried to repair steam, tried to do a new installation, to install “easy anti-cheat” again… nothing seems to work…
We can easily think that Tortoyk server has “lost” his link with the steam/amazon game account… Or files are corrupted…
The boring and disturbing thing is that crystal aura countdown is still running… that some things in game are blocked and unvailable…
I hope a restart or a backup can be applied in order to solve the problem…

It definitely is a problem with the Tortoyk server. I have another character on Server Moonkeep. No problem on this one.
It would be also nice to get an update on this issue from the support team

Hey y’all, as this thread seems to be forgotten I want to give you guys an update.
In the german forum one moderator said that the problem has been officially noticed by the devs and they are now working on it.
Lets stay patient for some more time.

Thanks, I read it. The moderator also said, if there will be any news they will publish it in the news section and they confirmed it is an server issue.

I just saw this. Any updates? I mean I wanted to buy the Omen skin and now I can’t and it expires tomorrow. Great stuff.

Everything works again. Lets see if the devs make up for it.
Same with me. After the update everything works fine.
@jovan when I checked the shop, the omen-skin was still available. Good luck with purchasing it now.
