The last Crystalline aura post with known problems was a month ago 2/20/22. Are there still game wide issues? My crystalline aura is not showing up in game. Wish we could fill out an in game ticket for problems as opposed to posting on a forum. Or maybe someone can point me in the right direction to have an issue resolved.

This issue seems to be something really specific which we don’t have “troubleshooting steps” and I do believe requesting an escalation with our developers might be the best option.

You will find several options there, select the ones that are pertinent to your issue and after selecting the options you will see this:
Simply select the Live Chat to be connected!
