Problems with cutecines, especially gate 1 of vykas

Hello guys.

So, I’m having a problem with some cutecines, especially in gate 1 of Vykas, when separating the parties. It always happens when we die the first time and have to reset.
When the crash happens, I have to restart and reinstall my video card driver. It doesn’t make much sense to me.

This problem only happens with Lost Ark. To solve I have to disable the option of two monitors, put in windowed mode or decrease to 1440x1020.

my setup
RX580 4gb
i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz
RAM 16.0 GB
the game is on an m2 ssd
Windows 10
monitors: 1 display port and the other hdmi
resolution 1900x1200 display port
resolution 1440x1020 hdmi

My in-game setup: All low

I’m sorry you’re getting this crashes that prevents you to play Lost Ark, when you have a chance can you please try these troubleshootings:

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
