Hey there!
While writing game chat, the verb ‘Tirar’ (To throw or drop in spanish) is being filtered out and replaced with ******. This is super inconvenient since this verbiage is used in a widespread manner to indicate that a boss dropped something, or that a boss was killed.
Could you please have a look at this?
Edited post title to reflect issue is not only in Spanish but most languages
Or literally half of Lithuanian vocab, like “koks” - “which/ which one” and many many other words, maybe google languages that exists in Europe and remove the words that exists in those countries dictionaries? I don’t think anyone likes their native language just act like swearwords in any game…
Just saying… the word for “how” in Romanian is “cum”
Rather than having to randomly avoid words because they’re censored, I think we should just have the option to turn the filtering off per player, since it’s overly sensitive and doesn’t even work well in English.
There’s nothing hindering you from calling someone a “whore” as that word isn’t filtered, but there’s plenty of harmless stuff being filtered… like combinations of numbers and slashes (like some dates) or things of that nature.
german words are getting censored to like “weniger” (less) regardless of that Niger is literally an african country
also many english words are getting censored that are not in any way offensive like “panty”
I can’t even write numbers/numbers without the filter blocking what I write. If I compile an entire sentence and say something like 1325/1340, it just gets auto blocked in its entirety. The chat censor system in this game is absolute horseshit and again, it’s a mature rated game - we should be allowed to have access to a toggle function with regards to a profanity filter.
