Looking at your chat, I see that the issue is related to a disconnection during a raid, I totally understand that this is very frustrating since you lost your rewards, however, as the agent mentioned this situations are handled by our system, we don’t have a way to do this manually, so it’s not that our support didn’t want to help you, is just that for this specific issue we don’t have a way to do anything manually, everything depends on the system.
I do appreciate your feedback, and I want you to know that is not our intention for you to feel that we don’t want to provide you support, I want to share with you the official post that explains everything related to this system.

My experience is the same, support started sending me link to twitch loots when my problem is amazon prime, when I told him this he said I’ll be transferred to the developer of the game. So I asked if he is transferring me to smilegate directly? He said that amazon is the developer of the game.
I asked for a supervisor he stated that I don’t want to be helped and he is now disconnecting our chat. Ags support ftw .
They’re required to give the boilerplate answers at first. He shouldn’t have vanished but you were kind of a jerk about it.
The old wizard didn’t cause you to crash. He’s just trying to offer words of wisdom.
From the information you gave and what he gave, it reads like you had a local game crash and so wouldn’t be due any ticket. But if it was coming, it would come on its own.

This is the umpteenth time I’ve seen someone say they have dc’d from the game during a dungeon and never received their retry ticket. So obviously there’s something wrong with the system.

There’s something fundamentally wrong with having a system in place that is supposedly there to help player issues but it’s fully automated (with major flaws) and cannot be processed at all manually.

It’s completely unprofessional for customer support to abruptly end a conversation without saying anything, even if no further assistance can be provided. It doesn’t take much to add an extra line to their script to end chat before leaving.
Imagine being Gandalf (the guy typing, not the LotR character) and your boss tells you to give these statements to people because they released a game and have no idea how any of it works and have no control over its development.
I feel bad for the player losing progress for no reason, and I feel bad for Gandalf. What a soul sucking experience to not be able to do anything but copy and paste messages.
Honestly, IDK how anyone is tolerating this game right now. Smilegate needs to share some responsibilities if they’re going to have their game in another region.

I feel bad for this joke. I lost 1 of my trial guardian raid entry (dark legoros) as well when they had the emergency maintenance. Only had 2 out of 3 rewards.
Didn’t bother reporting it, submitting a ticket or create a forum thread because I know how useless it is.
The fact that they can’t do anything about it is an utter lie… Take russian servers for example. How are they putting people in to negative gold over RMTing? And what made me upset yesterday i lost my 1415 guardian run 1 of them which could have dropped me a good Relic accessory worth thousands of gold…
