As the title states. Triport Is still charging silver even if you have the crystalline aura.
check your UI, even if it says in the login-screen the aura is active, ingame it is not, cuz you cant connect to the store (F4).
it seems the aura is linked to the cash shop and some players (myself included) run in the issue that during heavy loadtimes the shop is not responding and therefore the aura gets deactivated.

As you can see in this Pic the aura is active. I’ve been on all-day. If I click on the aura at the top left of the screen it deffo says active. Im also on EU-West so not getting any of those issues EU Central is having.
you replied only half the required information: does your ingame shop open up or does it says it is under maintenance?
ok, well, in the first screenshot it says it is free, but the coins still get deducted? from what I can see the aura is active and teleport should be free.

Ok, I think I solved it. I restarted the game and the Aura was gone. Looks like it expired in reality. But had not shown as expired in-game. So the real issue is Aura stays up even though it’s expired. However, you don’t get effects.
well… my aura currently is also not in loading screen, while I had like 25+ days left… just cuz it is not there doesnt mean anything, except you only had the 3-days version…
Yeah, I guess I used a 3-day version though I thought it was 5 days. I just used a 14-day version and I still have 2x 30 days so Idk. There could be something fishy with the timings too IDK. I applied the New aura and it’s not charging me now.
