I saw this have been answered by Roxx yesterday, been wondering ever since… Do i get Error 10010 if i use a Netherlands VPN? because last i checked you didn’t have any publishing rights in Netherlands and Belgium as well.

Use a vpn to any of the other regions, uk Germany
my point is: You can connect to the game from Netherlands with a Netherlands IP address. just like any other region NL accounts are just restricted in adding the game to their steam library.
same applies to Belgium

It’s not on steam in your country then how do you play the game?
No company is going to tell you it’s ok to use a VPN even when it is, as that’s essentially them saying it’s ok to use their product where they’re not allowed to publish it
