Good evening,
It looks like the Pulse Shield tripod on Command: Active Pulse is not working. It only shields my character, but the tooltip says it shields the whole party, and there’s a class-specific achievement for shielding your whole party 1000 times. What am I missing, or is this currently broken?

I’m sorry about this trouble which you are going through.
First of all, I’d request you to disconnect from the game and do the files integrity check for Lost Ark through Steam using the below link:
After this, kindly try the Pulse Shield again, in case it doesn’t work as desired, kindly get in touch with our support team by creating a ticket using the below link, I can assure you they will investigate and resolve it.
