Quests are not complete and gear has not been given. I have the original starting quest, “One Step at a Time” upon completing the knowledge transfer for Punika.

Same thing over here. Does not allow you to do Chaos Dungeons and has you complete Punika Storyline from scratch even though we knowledge transferred for 2400 gold.

This is so unfortunate. I don’t know what to do. I want to play. But how are they going to fix this? Do we just go through the story as normal and hope we get compensated?
Yeah, same happen to me, yesterday i made the knowledge transfer and i still have to do all the mission on Punika, pls help
Think we should just wait because there is no way they would refund it but if you complete it normally you will at least get roster xp and other rewards
