After a few months break, I’ve restarted the game in a new server, and I reached tonight iLvl 1302, but I didn’t receive the Punika ticket. I had to choose the character to apply Hyper Express event, but the ticket never came in my mail box. Can you help me please before it’s too late?

I’m sorry to hear you haven’t receive the Punika Powerpass yet.
Please make sure you have complete the Punika’s quest “Berver’s Friend” and have check your in-game mail. If its not in your email, try to close the game, wait a couple of minute and login again to refresh the client.
If your Powerpass still miss after the steps above, please contact AGS customer support to rise a ticket and get further assistance.

Thank you for your answer. I am all clear with the quest, I complete all the quests in Punika except a yellow one because I don’t have the song to finish it.
I sent a message to the support, and they said to me that the ticket was sent to the main character in my old server, so this is why I don’t have it. The thing is I’m not playing anymore on this server because I wanted to play with some friends, at the same lvl they are. Furthermore, I stop playing in the old server few months ago, if you have access to it, you can see I haven’t reached any rewards or increase my iLvl since then.
So, is it possible to cancel the ticket on the old server and send it to the new one? And is there a way to cancel rewards on the old server to be able to receive rewards on the new server and not on the old one? Because if it’s the same every time there will be an event in the future, I going to miss a lot of things and my experience in the game will not be fair… I don’t want to delete the characters on the old server because of the time and the money invest on it, but this is quite an issue right now.
To confirm you that if you go to a new server you will have to start from zero, if you try to transfer your character to the new server all the reward will restart, but will keep what have already claim.
The other option is to stay in your current server until you have claim all the rewards and have your character with the Punika pass complete before try to transfer it.

As I said, I didn’t wanted to transfert a character or something, I justes wanted to have my reward on the right server, because it was sent on a character I haven’t played since April or something…
I had the event Hyper Express on the good one, only the Punika Pass was not here. As I change my server, I already lost my 2 or 3 Bern Pass that you can have by starting the game to create some alts, and I made my peace with that, but a ticket for an alt would have been nice and fair I guess.
Thank you again for your answer, but it’s too late now. I know it’s not your fault, but I am pretty pissed right now because there was no reason to sent it right there, and no one was able to help or at least told me what to do to avoid this in the futur. So if it’s going to be same every time, what’s the point to continue this game? I mean, am I going to take a delay every time there will be an event because I am going to miss some or all the reward and the others aren’t? It is not like I was already late lol.
