Punika Power Pass not received

I also didnt get a punika pass with this event, i had to KT my event character which i thought was normal.

Could you check for me as well @Fanduh ? I sent in a ticket and got forwarded to this particular forum post. I don’t fully understand why.

Allow me a moment to check, please keep in mind the free Punika Powerpass in question is the one given out with the November Feast with Friends update and not a more recent one, so if you’ve already used that one we’d need to wait for a new future free Powerpass event.

Update: After checking all your accounts, it seems both @NomadEvil @Muyoun have already used the free Punika Powerpass (again this is the same one given since November).

As for @Mango, I can see you still have the free Punika Powerpass available to use, to use it follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Character Selection screen and select the character you want to use the Powerpass on, then click the Powerpass button.
  2. You should then be able to click on the Punika Pass and after that click the “Use Powerpass” button to apply it to your character.

When I click on a character, that is powerpass eligible, and then the powerpass button, it says that I have to pay 5,500 crystals for the Punika powerpass. The “Use powerpass” option is greyed out. How do I use the Punika powerpass when the button is greyed out?

@Mango After checking further I can see a mail was sent to your character Ariadolyn on 11/19/2022 that included the Punika Powerpass Ticket, unfortunately however it seems this mail wasn’t opened and it expired afterwards.

In this case you would need to create a ticket with our Support Team directly to request if it’d be possible to restore the expired mail, to do this follow this link and click the Web Ticket button:

Make sure to explain your situation in detail and include any helpful or relevant information in the ticket, and feel free to link this post in your ticket as well!

Hi @Fanduh I am a returning player from June and I have a question. I first logged in on the 17th or so and it said I had a powerpass I could use so I began the process to delete a character to make a new one but the cooldown caused me to miss the window I could use that powerpass and it seems to have expired. Here is my question- I had completed Berver’s Friend before I quit, but to the best of my knowledge I was never given a powerpass for it. I feel I certainly would have used it had I ever been given one. I only have one t3 character so I know I did not use it. Any shot you could look into things and help me out? Character I want to boost is Azaneia on Galatur, my main is Seleniuma.

In this case we might be able to restore a Powerpass that was claimed and recently expired as long as it is done within 7 days of the expiration, however in your case I can see the Powerpass was never claimed so instead of showing as expired in our system it simply shows as if you hadn’t received it.

I can see on your character Seleniuma that you currently still have an unopened mail containing the Powerpass, so please try claiming the Powerpass ticket and clicking it to consume it. Let me know when you do this so I can check if it now shows in our end, to see if we can proceed with the next step to try and restore the Powerpass.

Hi @Fanduh! Thanks for your reply. I cannot open the mail as it expired. I was given the pass at 1:30am on the 18th and it expired at 5am to my understanding.

@ajh1 I see, seems you would need to follow the same steps as I mentioned above in this post to try to get the expired mail back: Punika Power Pass not received - #9 by Fanduh

And also request if its possible to restore the expired Powerpass at the same time.

hi @Fanduh I recently came back and finished the purple missions in punika, but I didn’t receive my powerpass like on the other islands, I just wanted to know if there really is an error or is it normal not to receive it

@hizzui Hey there, unfortunately at the moment there are no active Punika Powerpass events active, as the most recent one expired on the 18th of January. Keep an eye out for any future progression events included in our monthly updates.

I’m sorry to read that your Vern powerpass is missing, after further research with the information you’ve provided it seems that this powerpass was sent to your Gunlancer character and has expired since, I’ve gone ahead and escalated this to our dedicated team to see if it would be possible to restore this mail for you.

As for the Punika Powerpass, this was part of a progression event of the Feast with Friends update which expired on January 18; be aware however that there are more progression events to be launched along with the Artist release this month, make sure to stay up to date by visiting the Official News section here in the forums or on the Lost Ark website.

Hello, I accidentally deleted an alt character of mine, but he received the power pass from punika in his email and I didn’t know it, is it possible to resend this power pass to another character of mine? Or at least get that character back so I can get the power pass?

hello, could anyone please check where my powerpass went to, i cannot find it. after checking mail history on all my chars, only other thing i can think of is i deleted a char today, but that defs was not the first char i logged into after update, ign:kindredblade, server:naw valtan.
