hello, could anyone please check where my powerpass went to, i cannot find it. after checking mail history on all my chars, only other thing i can think of is i deleted a char today, but that defs was not the first char i logged into after update, ign:kindredblade, server:naw valtan.

I understand you can’t find your Punika Powerpass from the event. After checking your account, I could find the mail containing the powerpas on your deleted character! If you’d like to restore it to recover the pass, I’'d recommend that you go ahead and Contact Us so that our colleagues can help you with the restoration. Thank you for understanding!

Update: I was able to find the mail containing your Powerpass in your recently deleted level 51 Summoner’s mailbox. In this case you’d need to request assistance from our Support Team directly to try to restore the mail or otherwise, restore the whole character to be able to claim the Powerpass from the mail, to do this visit the following link and click the Web Ticket button:
Make sure to include all relevant information such as: name of the character to recover (if you know it), the class of the character to recover, the name of an active character in your account and your server/region.

In this case you’d need to request assistance from our Support Team directly to try to restore the mail or otherwise, restore the whole character to be able to claim the Powerpass from the mail, to do this visit the following link and click the Web Ticket button:
Make sure to include all relevant information such as: name of the character to recover (if you know it), the class of the character to recover, the name of an active character in your account and your server/region.
