I received the Punika Powerpass in the mail and I used it in the inventory of the roster that I wanted my Arcanist to be in but when I went to go use the pass, there are “no images” and I can’t find the Powerpass anywhere.
Can someone give me some clarification on what happened or what I should do?
I have 4 characters that completed Punika just for some background info
Sorry to know you’re having issues with the powerpasses.
The Powerpasses are temporarily disabled due to an issue that the team is investigating. Once that’s fixed they’ll be back and running so you can use yours.
