Punika Powerpass is Missing

Hello!

As written in the subject, I logged in today only to find out that 2 of my Punika Powerpass has been missing. (Both First Time Punika clear and another one from Machinist event)

I have been saving it for the future classes release (Reaper and Aeromancer) only to find them gone.

On the server selection screen, it’s indicated that its expiration set as “No Limit” in comparison to the Reskin Event that it’s clearly indicated that it will expire at 8/2023 so I didn’t feel forced/bothered to use them because it was written as such.

Is this just a visual bug or something? Cause I dont really have much time to redo all the MSQ just to get an alt to T3 when I can just actually use that time to focus on endgame, collectibles and other more progressional content.

Hello @Extalius,

Welcome to Lost Ark Forums! :bouquet:

Thank you for sharing your concern about the two Powerpasses which are missing from your account.

I’m sorry for the trouble this must have caused you.

First of all, the first powerpass from Punika was set to expire on 26th September 2022 as mentioned by Roxx in below thread, you can refer to the same.

Secondly, the second pass which was provided as a part of Rage with the Machinist update was also set to expire on 26th October 2022 as clearly mentioned under the release notes. You can refer to the below release notes under “NEW PROGRESSION EVENTS >> FREE PUNIKA POWERPASS”.

Hope this clarifies the missing powerpasses from your account.

See you in Arkesia! :beers:

Hello, as a new player who mostly plays on their free time, I didn’t actually create a forum account up until now to know all these information, I simply just boot the game up and play so I would just simply trust the information written in the game screen especially as something as important as expiration dates.

Also, I’m a little concerned as their “No Limit” Expiration dates in the Server Selection Screen has been shown for 1-2 months. Instead of actually posting a forum thread regarding this issue, shouldn’t it have been corrected instead? There were a lot of patches before the reset yesterday so I’m sure there would’ve been a lot of opportunity to do so.

This dev response is so tone deaf and will push players away. I am baffled at the devs handling.

Simliar to Extalius above, I am a player that has not made a forum account until today, I am a simple player I just boot up the game and play. Why would I feel the need to check patch notes when I can read the plain and simple language in the game itself?

passes

And now the dev response is to tell me that this plainly clear IN-GAME text is wrong, and despite the devs being at fault, I am simply going to be screwed over? Do you want players to quit the game?

It’s expired just like the patch notes, announcement, and cm statement on the forum regarding player question that it suddenly became “no limit” when we use the ticket (the ticket also show it’s expired date before use) and the cm clarify that it’s a visual bug and will expired as scheduled on the announcement patch notes.

I made my forum account today, I just turn on the game and play. Why should I need to read forum posts or patch notes? I am a simple gamer that just wants to play. This power pass worked the exact same way as my cosmetic change ticket, with the changing expiration date upon use of the item in my inventory the exact same way.

Why should I as a player be expected to check other sources than just the game for game information? I am not going to do that hassle, I am just going to quit.

it’s sad to see you go
this game need more legit player and less bot
but maybe mmorpg is not your game type

my two decades experience as an mmorpg player, teach me to always check up on announcement, forums, patch notes and such. because glitches, bugs, or visual bug will usually occur
