Punika Ticket Transfer PLS!

Recently i invited my brother to play the game a few weeks ago on MY account, and he loved it, so he log in just after the patch (wednesday)
He was playing on other server (Azena) and I realise that the Punika Ticket was in that server, and no on the server a was playing.

Theres any chance that you can transfer the ticket to my server? I still don’t use it.

In fact i was missing some materials and 1 reskin ticket and it was all there, no matter, just want the Punika Ticket please.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the option to move items or features between servers, even if it was made by mistake, my apologies for that.

Well, this is a miss comunication of my part to my brother.

You should warn or let the players choose what gifs choose on the server!
