Purchase Failed for Royal Crystals

I am trying to buy Royal Crystals from the store in game on NA West, but it says purchase failed when I pick any of the crystal options

Could you please try this steps:

  1. Close the Lost Ark completely
  2. Force Stops Steam
  3. Run Steam as administrator
  4. Verify game files on steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
  5. Re-lunch Lost Ark

I am also having this same issue. I log into the game, go to the Store, click on “Buy”, select my Crystal Pack, and then click “Buy Now”. The screen flickers like it is thinking, and then returns to the Crystal Pack selection screen. Nowhere am I given the option to enter payment info. I did follow the instructions listed and the issue persists.

The above worked for me. Try it as well Caleria should work

Took Steam out of autorun at startup. Rebooted.

Verified Steam did not launch on startup. Ran Steam as admin.

Went to Library, Lost Ark, Properties, Local Files, and “Verify integrity of game files”.

Waited for it to finish. Launched Lost Ark. Tried a purchase from the store again. Works.

As a side note, I also re-enabled the Steam Overlay for the game, which I had disabled previously. Thinking this is more likely the cause of the window not opening then corrupt files.

I even restalled the game still not working…

When I click buy and choose how many crystals I want to buy, only a spinning circle appears and after a while it disappears :frowning:
I wanted to buy a skin that I like

I did as @Nokk wrote in his post, but I also turned on the Steam overlay and everything works, so I did as @Caleria wrote :slight_smile:

Go into steam open settings enable steam overlays.

Launch lost Ark

I tried the suggestion from @Nokk and I’ve opened steam overlay and I still have issues.

Same did all of it and can’t buy anything. “Purchase Failed” blues lol. I even made sure all my credit card info was good in steam too.

well seems to be a steam problem then, because when we choose “problems with ingame purchase” we get linked to steam support :wink: hope they gonna fix it soon or are there other possibilitys to buy crystals, maybe on lost ark homepage or something like that? sorry for tagging you again Nokk
