For some reason i can’t buy the 12k royal crystal chest. I’ve saw similar topics and tried those solutions, unfortunately the problem remains.
The pop up from steam opens and the amount is there, after authorize it goes back to lost ark and I receive the “purchase failed” message.
Can i have some help please?

If you have steam overlay turned on and are still seeing this its probably an issue with your account being limited or untrusted on steam. Players that have not gained trusted status have their spending limit capped at like $40-$50

Also note that this now also requires Steam guard to be enabled and linked to a mobile device on your account.
You’ll need to open a ticket with Steam support, and they’ll need to verify your information. I’ve had to do this myself in the past.
Yeah my steam is not limited and it was not the overlay problem unfortunately, thanks for the helo thou.
I will try this solution Vidar, can you tell me how you’ve opened that ticket please and how long have you waited?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the purchase limitations. Aside from what was mentioned by your fellow Arkesians, it is important to note you must activate 2FA mobile authenticator specifically in order for the Steam trust status to be carried over.

I belive I issued the ticket under purchases/in game purchases something of that route. Took about 24hrs.
The ticket for steam worked, really thanks for the advice. Hope this can help more people.
