i can’t purchase any crystal it said purchased failed

Welcome to the Lost Ark Forums! I’d recommend not trying to purchase the item multiple times as recently there has been an error with purchasing, however later you may receive the item. So, if you attempt to purchase multiple times you may receive all those attempts.
Contact Customer Support to review in the system if the item did go through as again, it may just take some time to appear on your end even though it said that the purchas failed.

i didn’t bought it yet but when i try to buy it said purchase failed yesterday it work just fine
