I’m coming across an issue where when I try to get crystal packs I receive the error Purchase Failed.
It only happens on the 11.99 pack and the 24.99 pack. I checked with the other 2 packs, and they both bring me to the purchase screen. So the problem is specifically with the lower priced packs.
I’ve tried the trouble shooting suggestions, and none of them have worked.

This happens with ALL packs after you purchase them right now. First buy works great, second does not. Someone probably misconfigured Crystal purchases as one-time rather than repeat consumables when setting up Steam and Amazon is hilariously slow at fixing it…

same issue, can’t buy a pack more than once.
I talked to amazon, they said they have no ETA so far and it might take up to 72h

I can’t purchase any pack for over 24h
I ended up talking to live support and they wrote a ticket for me. If anyone else is having the issue you should try contacting support as well.
Live support does nothing. Log you into a system and wait 3 days to be told we are investigating the issue…
