Just to clarify, the system only charged you for the 49 euros? There were no extra charges? The reason I’m asking, is because you mentioned a compensation. Did you get a message that you were exceeding your daily purchase limit?
I tried to purchase the 99 Euro one it did not allow me to. but when i pressed the 49 euro it went though. then i tried to purchase another 49 euro because i wanted to spend 99 euros overall. did not allow me.
Forget the compensation thats just me grasping for straws. Just want to be able to purchase another 49 euro pack since clearly the game did not allow me to purchase 99 euro pack and when i tried 49 euro it only allowed me once.
Im fairly surtain its not a daily purchase limit because it failed me on the 99 euro 100x before i attempted the 49 euros. And this is the first time im trying to purchase stuff in lost ark for the month of april.
I understand, let’s do this, go to steam and with game fully closed, do a game file integrity verification, then go to the game again and try to do another purchase to check if you get the daily limit message or not.
Same, my purchase has been failing for 2-3 days now. No problems with overlay. I just get “Purchase failed”. Steam support won’t help me. Need another way to make in-game purchases, otherwise it’s not going to happen lol
