I purchased the 14 dollar pack from Amazon. I received an email saying the purchase completed. But never a code for steam. Am I supposed to get the beta code on purchase? If not when? Or how do I use my purchase to get into beta?
Beta keys will show up about a day and a half before if you bought a FP. the same goes with the Pre-Load.

what about steam FP? you cannot download game because it is still listed as preorder and you even need base game on top of founder pack…
A new entry will appear in your library prior to launch presumably.
What are you implying with needing the base game? Lost Ark is free to play.
There is no other way to run this game rather than Steam 
. As stated before there will be another entry in the library with Beta access if you purchase a FP.
For Steam, the Closed Beta will appear in your library when it is ready for download. (About a day and a half before, same as when the keys will be emailed out for Amazon purchasers.)
