as the title already implies: I have purchased the Omen cosmetics seperately, and did notice there is the special bundle for 3800 available.
Can you please revert it, so I can buy the Bundle instead?

Is it possible to get the crystals at least? I mean if I give you my credentials you can clearly see that im not lying or anything…of course it was my fault, but come on…at least something to compensate would have been nice, which would increase my spending power furthermore.
This case staying like this is just kind of sad for a game with payments involved.
As I thought, of course there wont be a solution. I wont spend a dime on this game anymore.
