Hi, I made a stupid mistake by selecting the wrong character in the character selection screen and buying a Punika powerpass. I realized the mistake immediately in Trixion and left the game without doing any progress. Is there any possibility to change the powerpass to another character? Otherwise I just wasted a lot of money on a char that is already 1093 ilvl. Please help me thank you

Sorry to know a powerpass was redeemed in a wrong character by mistake.
At the moment, any actions including one-time consumable items like the powerpass, cant be reverted, even if it was made by mistake. However, you can contact us via support ticket explaining the situation and see if an exception can be made. I can’t make any promises as this was a human error, but it’s the only way to get this looked into.
