My brother purchased $20.00 worth of Royal Crystals the other day. The money was taken out of his steam account, but he never got the crystals. After trying suggestions from the forums, he tried it again with a 10.00 purchase. He never got either order, even though the money was withdrawn.

Please try looking into your Steam purchase history and search for failed purchase. Just click on the failed purchase and choose getting help completing this purchase to open a ticket with Steam Support.
