Purchased Royal Crystals on wrong account by mistake. Is it possible to refund the purchase?

Hello,
I purchased 1000 Royal Crystals on wrong account by mistake. I didn’t spend them on anything yet. Will I get punished if I request a refund via Steam for this purchase? I’ve heard that you can get banned from game for refunds, but not sure if it also apply if I didn’t spend the Crystals that I want to get refunded.

well first of all it’s not allowed to have 2 accounts and second, steam will be the one that gives the ban if you want a refund

Lost Ark purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases made through your Steam Wallet. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
