So, Im one piece from 1460 on my main, finally. I have an alt at 1415. I then have 5 1370 characters.
Whats the general consensus here considering the content available and the content coming up? Push the main to 1475 and beyond? Or park it at 1460 for a while, build up the roster by getting the 1370s up to 1415? Or push the existing 1415 I have to Vykas?

Push the 1370s to around 1410-1414 to keep Oreha HM available and blow through those easily for the EZ gold. Because at 1415, we lose Oreha HM and lets all be honest, its not very easy to get a group going to clear Valtan, let alone Vykas, on multiple characters per week. You spend half the time in party finder.
Im wondering if its almost a gold net loss pushing gold generating alts to 1415 because of the length of time it takes to find or make a party for valtan, and actually clear it. I understand you then get a new guardian with more leaps per day…but still.
Thoughts? What should I do…decisions. Im leaning toward alts to at least 1400 and maybe push the 1415 to Vykas.
I dont know about the general consensus, 1475 is required for the clown coming at the end of September, so you could farm some bound leapstones and gold until then and hone before the big update
And for 1414 vs 1415
If you don’t buy the chests at the end, it’s 2100 vs 3500 gold per character
I pushed my alts to 1415 and also creating my own groups for Valtan, and in EUW the group fills pretty fast even with some gatekeeping & waiting for 2 supports (there are maaaany 1415 support alts, just don’t wait until Monday/Tuesday to do Valtan alt runs)
And usually oneshotting both gates for quick gold
And since it will take a while until I push my 1415 alts to 1445, I don’t buy the valtanchests because by the time my alts hit1445, they will have enough bonescollected to craft relic pieces.
For Vykas normal at 1430 you can feel that there are much less supports available, waiting for some more time when creating groups
So I would push the alts slowly to 1415 (or 1430) while collecting bound materials on your main to prepare for 1475 end of September
Edit: I don’t think there is a big difference between 1370 and 1400, same Yoho jail unless you are soloing velganos every day, only Argos gold maybe if you don’t have a guild/static bussing each other’s alts
I am deathly tired of yoho. But Don’t have the patience anymore for Velganos. Would love all alts to be on deskaluda. We’ll see. Thanks for the insight
Calculate how much more mats you need to push for that 1475. Add the 1 1/2 months of grinding. Mathematically ROI-wise 1415 is significantly cheaper than 1475, especially with the current events.
1430 is the safe zone for alts, 1445 if you want to start carrying Argos, also gives access to relic set.

Yah…But once I get main to 1475 The next raid will be out lol. I feel like alts would never be brought up to any respectable ilvl and have accumulated hundreds of thousands of honor shards, 1k+ GHL…(I have two alts that have near 900 GHL each).
For 1475, you can probably pass G1 and G2, but don’t expect to pass G3 hidden stage.
DPS check is extremely tight, and once clown is released you will loose argos money, so if you have a decent static you can try but otherwise I’d just push alts to 1430 instead.
another point: your main- has it already 5x3 or are you playing in a static which hasnt the req of 5x3 like pugs? if its a support then even 4x3 is more than fine
if youre not 5x3 yet and/or arent in a static, then you should also calculate if you can reach 1475+ 5x3 until kakul- if not then maybe its better to push alts for more gold income
1k ghl is about enough to get your 1370’s to 1415. That would be my next step if I were to manage your roster. By the time your alts are done you’ll have enough bound GHL on your main to easily push into 1475.
Deskaluda and Valtan NM are vastly superior to Yoho and Oreha aswell. Can highly recommend.

So what ends up happening is that u save and purchase only BiS acc which are overpriced
So choice is yours you only push up all ur alts to 1415 if u can afford to properly gear em all. Why so idk you can do raids and join competent groups.
Relic is NOT required for Valtan & Vykas (You dont even GET relic drops until 1415 and thats only from Deska/Valtan and CDs do not give Relics until 1445).
4x3 is relitively CHEAP to gear a 1370 to and 4x3 lengendary is plenty to clear even HM Vykas With (relic’s stats are not THAT much higher over legendary). Most if not ALL classes can gear a 4x3 legendary set for under 15k INCLUDING pheon costs (unless you live in SA which basing on a single region is bad in the first place). But 3x3 is perfectly acceptable and almost FREE to get from just doing the available dungeons as you level from 1370 higher (2 weeks of an argo’s bus will get you 5 usable class engraving jewlery, then a 9x9 book with a 6x6 stone is 3x3 build.
There is NO honing buff to 1445. The next honing buff is for 1370 up to +15 (1415) legendary gear. And that came out around Bralshaza’s release in KR so you have a LONG while yet for that to happen.
After that, we’ll see, based on the content updates, if nothing too major comes up, or if there are events that gives books, I would push the remaining alters to at least 1400, so you can also do Argos.
For Vykas it’s up to you, in the end one of my three alts is 1430 but those 3 gates still feel like a chore for me the second time x) But it’s personnal point of view.
And yep like others said, main to 1475, you got until the second part of september if i’m not mistaken, so a little more than one month to reach it.
