PVE Content almost done when does PVP Ranked start`s?

Hello DEV`s im almost done with the current PVE Content , and im more of a PVP Player and also went on the PVP Server ( Kadan ) , when do u guys release the Ranked System?

so you are telling me u are 1370 item level + have ur correct skill trees + engravings done?+ farmed all skill points and have rooster level 200+ ?

ilvl 1385 - correct skill trees - engravings need only legendary books - roster lvl 92
