I want to preface this by saying I personally enjoy the PvP system in this game and this isn’t to bash the PvP as a whole. I won’t touch on any class balancing, just purely on the matchmaking that occurs.
I’ve been hovering between the 2100-2300 MMR range and seen some insanely unbalanced teams. I included some screenshots below with unbalanced teams both in my favor and against my favor.

I got the first match after already being queued into several unbalanced teams before that. The MMR difference is significant enough between all three players on that team.
The second match I got right after finishing the first and the queue popped in a second for me. I’m not sure why Diamonds are being matched with Bronze/Silver. The result is usually not a fun experience for them.
I’ve also seen Plat/Diamond lobbies with a Bronze thrown in on one team. It’s unfair for the team that gets the Bronze and also a bad experience for the Bronze playing way outside their elo.
This doesn’t happen every game, but recently, it feels like it’s been 20-30% of my games that look like the ones above. This is just my personal experience and I haven’t seen any streams or talked to other people to see what it’s like for them. The matchmaking is terrible compared to other games I’ve played.
