Two things here -

  1. The visual indicator for “Last Season” PVP rank is overlapping in character profile and off center , likely translation issue to other language messes with the spacing-

  2. If you bought the mount in the PVP Vendor shop for Season 1, it appears unattainable in Season 2 shop, despite not appearing in mount inventory (as expected because those rewards are reset each season).
