We should have gotten at least increased amount of KT to 12, but we are still stuck at 9. How long did we have 24 slots? Half a year? They just want to sell more powerpasses.

Both increase amount of possible KT, duh. But to answer what you actually meant by this question - they are delaying KT changes to sell more Powerpasses, so it does not matter when KR had those changes, because we won’t have them until AGS/SG are satisfied. Those changes would take only a few minutes to backport to our version with little (no limit) to no testing (12 limit) required.

and lost of people down to bugs which comes with no testing

Because KT limit is just a value assigned to a variable. Since they changed it in the past for KR client, they don’t even need to search for it that much. Depending on how they removed KT limit it might take more time.
I guess it could take more than a “couple minutes”, but like 1h is my absolute MAX estimation as a fellow software developer.
As for bugs, it only means that they have poor management and just don’t do QA/testing on a level they should. Some bugs will slip, but the one you brought up (pheongate) was just a massive brainfart on their part. I doubt there was any abuse with it and it was only an excuse to remove those pheons once their brains figured out how many chars some people have and how much $$$ they gonna be down.

Some things do not require additional testing other than automatic stuff that most companies with complex software being developed use. Changing value from 9 to 12 would be one of those things, tho of course in some very weird cases it could break something. But that would be like you getting hit by a car that randomly had malfunction (or driver did) and run you over while you are waiting on a bus station or walking on a sidewalk from groceries.

The hard truth is. If an account abuses a bug in KR they will get permanently banned from playing and since in KR you have to register with your "id-card/citizen ship/ARC Numbers.
So if there is a bug in the KR version, KR players do not abuse it.

it wasnt a bug , and it wasnt an abuse .
SG/AGS did misplace in the way pheons was added per mail to every character
they never said it was a bug they called it an “accident”
same like last patch as they but the wrong chests to the twinkle ( frog) vendor
same like pheon not bug
yes people abused it , but it wasnt their fault , that was a the fault of AGS didnt test it in advance
