QQ The Queue is freezing

I searched, maybe not good enough. But, I jump in line and the queue slowly begins to count down. Then after a short while it stops counting down. This has happened enough in recent weeks that I know the only fix is to close out and relaunch the client… after a short while. When I just click cancel, it says the server disconnected and closes the client anyways. So I jump past that step straight to closing it.

It does this repeatedly. I’m left jumping back in line from the beginning and it just keeps getting longer.

I’m a 3 day head-start player. So, not new to this.
But it does appear many others have this issue and it doesn’t get addressed clearly?

I never had this issue and i been doing MM with my 9 characters every day D:

I don’t want to jinx it but so far it’s still going down, it seems to happen more often when i have the client open. lol idk i doubt that’s the issue, but fingers crossed

I recommend you to tell us which server is it (in case its only happening on one server) but yeah, i hope this doesn’t happen to me and it gets fixed x_x

Mari, I’m in US West

Hello @navi

Thank you so much for bringing this topic to the forums I do apologize about any inconvenience this might caused to your game experience.
I have never experienced something related even thoug I would love to help as much as possible.
In order to find the solution it would be necessary to complete some basic troubleshoot:

  1. Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check

  2. Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.

  3. Troubleshoot the Firewall:

  1. Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
  2. Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
  3. Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
  • Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
  • Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

Hope this information helps hero!
I’ll be around.

Thank you so much for these tips. I’ll keep this section bookmarked for the next time it occurs. It appears to have let me in while not sitting with the client open during the wait. I’ll try these fixes though for sure the next time it happens.
