I’ve gotten the quests to do the four final quests (after collecting 31 mini horses).
My current issue is that I cannot get the final puzzle horse - it is uninteractable for me (see image below). Thanks!

same just on the sprint horse… the last sprint horse i did i picked up the flower but the quest still showed “failed out of time” since that its gone and probably forever bugged on that account …
Yup same happening with the last Horse for the Final Emote / Song hidden quest.
I have the same issue, just a different location.
Did you try to interact with the pony before or after the pony’s quest before that failed?
I picked up a race before a co-op event started and didn’t finish it, had the same problem.
Open your quest log (J) and abandon the quest, you should be able to retry.

Same here, got all 40 quest done and i cant click last horse, checked several times and i did all 3 final quets.
Same issue here, cannot interact with the very last horse.

yeah same for me, did the first and second part 2 quests and then third and fourth don’t activate
same here I cant do the last horse for the timed sprint
It’s not a bug, You have keep going and after quest that require Heavenly Harmony, these horses will be unlocked

There is a chance you forgot to pick a flower reward or forgot sto do one of the puzzle quests.
Check this map and visit the blue spots.
The quest in the center of the map pops up before you have completed all the quests.
There are:
6 puzzle quests + 1 final
14 sprint quest + 1 final
5 riddle + 1 final
6 music/emote quest + 1 final

I also seem to have a bug, I’ve finished all of the first part (31 horses) and 3 of the second part (including climbing the towers and playing Harmony song and then talking with the NPC to complete it). I have one horse remaining and it makes the sound when near but I cannot interact with it. I have failed a timed quest here, abandoned it, and then completed it in case that’s relevant.
A friend let me know that they had a quest available from the fairy at the center of the map when they were at this point but I don’t have that.

This Quest is actually not Bugged!
I thought 2 of the 4 final horse Quests where bugged in my case too, but I just missed some of the regular horses for that partikular final Quest.
So OP missed one of the “orange” riddle horses. If you can’t get the Timed Sprint final Quest you miss one of the green horses etc.
It is either that or you have a failed Quest in your Quest Log.
you are right! after carefully checking I was missing one of the mini quests to enable the last one!
Still broken quest
I had a similar instance where I couldn’t do one of the final horses. It seems you dont need to do all of the 31 mini games before you can do the tier 2 games… you just have to finish all of the related games that leads to that tier2 (so like all music/emote tier ones unlocks the final music).
I would check what final horses you can’t unlock and go back to all the pervious places that do the same type of mini game.

to anyone currently having problems with this: you can see the amount of hidden quests you have done in the altar at the middle of the island. Complete all stage 1 hidden quest to unlock the 4 stage 2 quests.
