Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that the quest is not working properly.
By any chance do you have have a rapport quest in progress with her? Finish or abandon any quests that may have moved her elsewhere, this helped other players that were having this issue, let me know how it goes.
