Quest bug, didnt get Rohendel quest "Ratik"

Started questing in Rohendel, was gonna try the Chaos dungeons after some questing there.
And i never got the Requirement quest for the Dungeons.
Can’t progress Rohendel Chaos dungeons without the quest.
