What is the deal with this quest? I have the first part (to the Land of Fantasies) complete but I cannot find where/how to start the second part ( To Another Land of Fantasy) lostarkcoex says it is started from an NPC on Outsider’s Prison in Nia Village but he is not there. Anybody else run into this issue or have any ideas what is up?
Probably a time-gated quest, try at the reset tomorrow, if the NPC is still not here after that, I don’t know.
Edit: I just found it, it’s right here (look at my map top right) and it isn’t time-gated
yes I know where it is supposed to be but mine is not there and the first part of the quest I did was days if not a week or more ago
