Question about Abyssal Dungeon Matchmaking

Just got my Pally up as an alt to help with running Legion Raids with my guild…

Seeing a support in Abyssal Dungeons when playing my DPS based characters doesn’t seem like a guarantee, but whenever I play my Pally in dungeons, all I see are other supports. People end up wasting time trying to push through their 1370 alts with two supports and refuse to remake, eventually giving up after a few failed attempts.

When I run Guardian Raids, I can say that I have never seen a two support group come through when matchmaking.

Why is double supports a thing in matchmaking for Dungeons, when it doesn’t seem to be a thing in Raids?

It is. I have gotten a 3x supp guardian raid on my bard.

Weird… I have a few T3 alts, a 1400 and a 1460 - having done dailies since launch, I can’t think of an instance of queueing for guardian raids and having more than one support, if one at all, in any of my groups.
