Just clarifying how cross server play will work. I understand there is a dedicated “group finder” system where you can party up with friends cross server. Do you simply search there characters name and request to join party?
If so, what exact content is able to be que’d with friends. I know officially they have stated “dungeons & Raids”. Does this include all dungeons ? (Eg. Abyssal dungeons, chaos dungeons), as well as all Raids? (Eg. Guardian raids, argus raids, end game raids)
any content that have match making of Group finder is Region content it means for example if u playing at Server UNA NA u can do any of this content with any person in any other server of NA Region. ( Chaos dungeons, Abyss Raids, Guardians, Events that have matchmaking or group finder like boss challenges) U will be able to do all this content with any other people in any server of the same region.

But yeah like Kureiya said, the whole Party Finder is region wide, so you can create a lobby and wait for your friends to join or vice versa, for all of the content listed there
