Does it matter how much level 7 gemstone is from level 8 gemstone. How much damage does it give worth investing in it or going for level 9 gemstone
Depends on the class and how reliant they are on that gem. Some classes DPS is spread across multiple abilities, but a Demonic Impulse SH or Surge DB would only need 1 or 2 gems as high as they can get
I play Zarker I have level 7 gems all. I wanted to renew some gems which are my main damage to level 8 it is worth it
Level 7 DMG gem to Level 8 is 3% damage increase IIRC, so if you have the gems to do so without removing 21% damage on 2 other abilities then go for it,
Otherwise I would say no unless your class is heavily centered around that 1 ability like some of the classes I mentioned already
If I go to level 9 it’s 30 percent damage it’s more worth it

if you have 3 level 7 gems, thats 21% extra damage on 3 abilities.
If you take them and combine them into a level 8 gem, you went from having 21% damage on 3 abilities to 24% damage on one.
If you can make level 8 or 9 gems without gimping your other abilities then you absolutely should. If your class doesnt need those abilities then you absolutely should.
But I do not main zerker, I know their kit has 3-4 huge damage abilities, red dust and the counter ability that gives extra crit chance:
So no, i wouldnt recommend combining all your gems to get a singular level 8-9 gem. You’ll get them passively over time

absolutely! I’d just wait till I have enough gems to make another couple level 7’s, or if youre really impatient you can use gems on alts with boss rush tickets to farm them out.
Or you can just buy some level 7s and combine them yourself

you still have 2.5 bigish skills other than surge
get full lvl7s and then just hoard for the time being or sell to make gold there no reason for u to have full T10 gems atm
Why sell. That I can get another level 7 gemstone and then reach level 8 or 9
if you think thats worth go for it im not stopping u but if u have alts u can get those T7 aswell if want 2 but T7 is more then enuf atm but if u wanna upgrade to T8 go for it all power to your idk what your pockets look like and if there filled or empty
