Question about quest and powerpass

Hello everyone.
I hear from a friend that use a powerpass will complete all the quest of the game ( side and main ) on the charactere u use it.
But i would like to make all these quest with my first character.
So my question is :

If i use a powerpass on a character B, can i still finish all the quest remaining on the game with my caractere A ?

It doesn’t affect your other characters quests however one time rewards such as skill/stat points will be greyed out and unavailable if the game redemed them on your powerpass character.

Yes, you can still do the quests and experience the story on other characters.
