So I am trying to get ‘Shy Wind Flower Pollen’ legendary rapport item from ‘Oliver’ the wandering merchant - is this a very low chance? I never see him have it, he always has the epic rapport ones.
I need 4/12 of these in total to get the Nia rapport skip and its hard to find a better way to get 12 of another legendary rapport item.
