as many of you know, we are running into long queue times on EUC. (Kadan Server)
I personally do not have that much of a big problem as I just queue in when I am at work and can play when I get home. But for over 40 minutes now I have been stuck at queue position number 9500.
I started at around ~12.5k a few hours ago.
Has anyone else experienced this before? I am wondering if I should restart the game / the queue.
Any further help would be really appreciated.
As soon as you notice your queue has not moved for 2-3 minutes you need to cancel the queue straight away because you have most likely disconnected. If you cancel and you’re still in the queue then great, otherwise if you have disconnected then the game will give you an error and you can restart the game in enough time to rejoin the queue
