My queue got stuck everytime and have to start it again, is this happening to someone else?
Went from 813 to 18491… yesterday the same happened

I apologize for the issue you are having.
To resolve this issue please follow the step by step troubleshooting:
Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
Update your video and windows drivers.
Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.
Troubleshoot the Firewall:
- Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
- Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
- Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
- Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
- Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

Just how clueless are you? This has nothing to do with resolving something from user’s end. This is a problem coming from your server.

I have the same issue. I have tried to queue 6 times today, each time the queue stops moving. I spent 40min waiting for it to move once and nothing, every time I reenter the queue it stops moving after 10min.
I have tried all of your suggestions, verified, updated drivers and windows, repaired easy anticheat, created firewall rules in both windows defender and my antivirus and, also reinstalled the game.
Please acknowledge the issue and provide a resolution.

Same here, happend three time so far and appears to be randomly. Get some kind of error message once I exit queue and the game closes. Infuriating…

Happening the same for me, already did al the mentioned above even reinstalling.
Game is unplayable since i can’t ever finish the queue with this error… after 15 mins stuck in the same number forever and then start again at 18k

Same here! Hardtsuck at 1833 for 1-2h, when I pressed Cancel I got this error message.
This is the 3rd time in 3 days, even after following all the steps mentioned above.
Is my first time receiving the error message tho.
Kinda fuming right now since I’m being thrown all the way back in this 20k queue…

I re-queued so many times now that I have given up. Waiting for a response to this thread from a mod. Wasted enough time today.

Yea i am also experiencing this problem, one thing is that the queue just stop functioning but it’s also a problem, that the error message that you disconnected from the queue first comes after you try to cancel the queueing, making it so you can sit there with no clue that the you have left the queue….

This keeps happening to me as well. I can log in just fine when the queue is low or when there’s no queue (such as last evening, right after the maintenance when the servers came back online).
I’m pretty sure the AFK system kicks in while you’re queued, and if you don’t check in often, the game will disconnect you and never tell you that you’ve been disconnected.
Either that, or the server disconnects you randomly without showing anything.

Open new servers ! What the heck is this? All are full and have huge queues. Do you really think it’s normal to have to wait 4 hours in a queue ? I have characters created on the first day of the headstart and I need to wait for up to 5 hours to play. Seriously? And I can’t create characters elsewhere because everything is full.

I also had that thought, so i tried to baby it once, i get about 2k down in queue and it happens again.

It happens the same to me all the time. The queue gets stuck at some point so I cannot play.

have had this twice today my main server Thirain had a 9k queue got to around 6k3 and got hard locked then booted, requeued and started at 12k…tried Beatrice queue was 5k got down to 692 and same again hard lock.at least add in a system that makes us requeue at the point where we got booted and have all up to date drivers/windows and firewall is fine…this is yur end not ours

Same problem. But once I am logged in I don’t have any disconnection issues.
But like this it’s literally impossible for me to play the game, as the queue always freezes after a certain amount of time.
It makes no sense like this, I am just wasting my time waiting.
