This keeps happening to me as well. I can log in just fine when the queue is low or when there’s no queue (such as last evening, right after the maintenance when the servers came back online).
I’m pretty sure the AFK system kicks in while you’re queued, and if you don’t check in often, the game will disconnect you and never tell you that you’ve been disconnected.
Either that, or the server disconnects you randomly without showing anything.
Open new servers ! What the heck is this? All are full and have huge queues. Do you really think it’s normal to have to wait 4 hours in a queue ? I have characters created on the first day of the headstart and I need to wait for up to 5 hours to play. Seriously? And I can’t create characters elsewhere because everything is full.
I also had that thought, so i tried to baby it once, i get about 2k down in queue and it happens again.
It happens the same to me all the time. The queue gets stuck at some point so I cannot play.

have had this twice today my main server Thirain had a 9k queue got to around 6k3 and got hard locked then booted, requeued and started at 12k…tried Beatrice queue was 5k got down to 692 and same again hard lock.at least add in a system that makes us requeue at the point where we got booted and have all up to date drivers/windows and firewall is fine…this is yur end not ours
Same problem. But once I am logged in I don’t have any disconnection issues.
But like this it’s literally impossible for me to play the game, as the queue always freezes after a certain amount of time.
It makes no sense like this, I am just wasting my time waiting.

I tried tweeting them but I have no followers so I imagine they haven’t seen it.

Any update? I did all the things listed above and the issue still there, more than 12h today trying to log in and the queue keeps freezing…
@Axecess is your issue that the queue counts down a couple of times then stops and when you cancel is says your disconnected and kicks you out ?
I am not the guy you pinged but that’s exactly what keeps happening to me. All. The. F’kin. Time.
Well i MIGHT have a fix, i have been in the queue for over half hour now and it’s still counting down like it should - come down from 6.6k to 3.8k
I tried everything listed and nothing worked. It might be connection based so i logged in via VPN and its working. I am in the UK and logged via another UK based location
Maybe give it a try, fingers crossed, appears to be working for me
5th attempt today day 12 and always I got stuck, then the game closes and I have to restart it then I’m back on a large queue. Playing since day 8 and this is the first day I got those problems (not counting yesterday 11 cuz it was not playable until night on eu)
I’m going to give that a try mate cheers, the only thing is my missus (using the same connection) was able to play but I think its still worth trying.
Interesting - Are you and the missus connected hardwired or wifi ?
