Every time I am logging in there is a queue, which is expected.
However after counting down for a while it often freezes and no matter how long I wait the number no longer goes down.
Now I can either close the game or wait until it crashes (with an anti cheat error… no clue why, I have closed ALL background applications).
I restart the game the second it closes or I closed it. If I am lucky the game remembers I was in the queue and it shows me a new number that is was lower than the one I last saw.
Sometimes however it doesn’t remember and I have to wait even longer because it puts me even further back into the queue 
I suspect that the client/queue disconnects me in the background without telling me and the number freezes because of that. Now either I notice and restart the game early enough to keep my queue position or I get screwed if I just wait for something to happen…
Very annoying.
