I have the Leapstone and the Honing support chest in my Roster, both I can move around and I assume open, so, will this be removed?
I also have the shard chest that I can’t move, Is that the one getting removed?
Clarification would be nice.
Can you move them? They stay you won’t get gold.
Can you not move them? They go away you get gold.
At this point I would assume Roxx/AG don’t even know what they are saying/gonna do. I would not rely on any information provided by them. Their wording sounds like leapstone and honing support will not go away but I think there is high likelihood that AG might take these away and return your gold.

This team needs new leadership, the best possible resolution should be. unlock the boxes for this week. Let people all use it if they wish roster bound anywhere they want. THAN DO the bound change next week. How is that difficult? Is the team getting calls from Korea and getting held up?
Everyone has had the same “solution” as you did but SG doesn’t care bout that. They are losing money and dont want that. So yes I do believe SG are the ones making the call here.
Were there anything that made the team decide to not make the chests roster bound only for this week?

No you cant open, none of the chest can be opened it gives error mesage.
If the fix is happening on the 15th, this means we completely missed out on first week boxes (as It’s 2nd week when the fix hits servers).
Not only did I spent my gold on the boxes not deciding which character to use them on, I WILL LOSE NOT ONLY 1ST WEEKS BOXES COMPLETELY BUT ON TOP OF THAT WE WILL LOSE ON THE BONUS TICKETS AS WELL ?
THIS HOTFIX NEEDS TO HIT SERVERS BEFORE 15TH (RESET DAY) AND LET US BUY NEW USABLE BOXES ON OUR CHARACTERS

The compensation doesn’t cover the 1 week of resources you basically loss for their incompetence. The people who where able to funnel before the hotfix basically won and get on top of that 1 weeks extra worth of mats now. ez 
ill reply you. if you opened the random chest, and rolled for the token, you also gotten chests of the relative material you bought. those chests arent called random, and if you moved them in storage, you can move and use them. those will stay, as any second chests opened while tryna roll the token out. only the chests which still contains the token roll chance will be removed.

We get 2 more Weeks.
It was intended, that Frog leaves with 15.3 Update, now it´ll stay 2 more weeks, so even if you loose this week, we get 2 more.
What is the problem?
The problem is that you let other players use the boxes and give them the same compensation as everyone else.

Say you bought 12-20 boxes x10 per, that’s upwards towards 1.2-2k Marvels. A decent account that can rack in 400+ marvels would have nearly 8-10 Karl ready alts. That’s 4 weeks of marvels that you just opened. These stones also go at a rate of 33-37 gold average if you open the box. The rate of Marvels is 73-80 AH gold. So in essence that’s 8 weeks of heavy Karl grinding you get by buying these boxes give they are half the price. And if you take in shards, this one week of opening, essentially is 2 months of resources. I don’t think people understand how much of an advantage this is.
I would also say, that most people won’t even generate 200+ marvels a week to begin with. Let alone those shard bags in sheer number.
