Quick Question Regarding Purchases Made with Royal Crystals

So, I bought the battle pass when it came out. It was the most expensive version which was 3,800 Royal Crystals I believe.

Now my question is, is it possible to “refund” said crystals at all? The main reason I wanted to ask was because I saw that the lancer class had a costume set worth the same amount. I want the skin over the battle pass.

The purchases you made in-game are non-refundable, in this case we are not able to refund you the crystals you used to make the first purchase or change the item you purchased for this other one you are mentioning. I apologize for the inconvenience.
