First of all, I personally do not have any issues with any moderators or anything but apparently there‘s a big discrepancy between the playerbase and people in charge of the game / forums at the moment.

While yesterday‘s weekly maintenance and QoL patch was „meh“ at best there should be a basic understanding for people‘s frustration and anger, especially when the communication looks like this:

Weekly maintenance and QoL patch are on the way
wait no, patch breaks the game, it won‘t come but give us some time to fix servers
wait nvm, we give you the patch but it takes even longer
servers are up but maintenance in 2hrs again
no maintenance, sorry lol

While it was promised to show better communication and transparency on whats going on for weeks now, nothing has really changed. We do not know when new content is supposed to hit us apart from „late september“. That‘s pretty poor to be honest.

Now to the reason that actually made me log in to this post, people approached me that they got banned on the forums for „wasting staff time“.
Is that actually the case? Would you consider feedback and open discussion as a waste of time? (there was no toxicity involved, i have screenshots) Because if so, after the situation yesterday, we‘re doomed to begin with.

Regarding yesterday, they were updating us on the fly. You know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Would you have preferred they say nothing of the delays and only informed us when servers went up? C’mon now.

it‘s not about them not updating us, it‘s about how they do it my friend.

Also that‘s not the main issue I‘m trying to adress here, i rather tried to give some background information on why people got banned!

Would u be so kind to share ur pics of the topics were ur friends talked with CM and than pics that they are banned and the topics are closed? All I see are accusations with no proof rather than “trust me, bro”

The other topic, CMs can only say what they know or get told from dudes above/SG. I rather take the announcements they do, changes in kr and the Roadmap as things/reasons to prepare for. It makes no differents for me if the tripods come next week or next month. I know they will come. So I prepared in advance.

Edit: I know no game were bans and reasons for said bans get discussed in the forums.
